1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Gryllex, you agree to these Terms of Service. Gryllex provides a custodial digital asset exchange, wallet, and payment services including mobile money rails (XAF) in supported regions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction. You may not use Gryllex if you are on any sanctions list or prohibited by applicable law.
3. Custodial services
Gryllex is a custodial platform. Digital assets held in your Gryllex wallet are controlled by Gryllex on your behalf using industry-standard key management. You do not hold private keys for custodial balances.
4. Identity verification
We may require identity verification (KYC) based on transaction type, amount, or regulatory obligation. Limits apply per verification tier. See our Trust Center for details.
5. Fees
Trading, withdrawal, and payment fees are disclosed on our Fees page. We may update fees with reasonable notice.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Gryllex for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending investigation.
7. Limitation of liability
Digital assets are volatile. Gryllex is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven gross negligence, subject to applicable regulations.
